Job summary

Liquid Voice Ltd. is seeking a Senior Solutions Engineer based in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, to lead technical engagements across Southeast Asia.

You will drive presales, architecture, implementation and post-sales support, designing cloud and on-premises solutions for voice recording and analytics. The role requires deep multi-technology expertise, strong problem-solving, and the ability to own complex deployments.

Qualifications

• Several years in roles such as Solutions Engineer, Systems Engineer, Technical Consultant, Infrastructure Engineer, Professional Services Engineer or Solutions Architect.
• Experience across presales, solution architecture, implementation and post-sales technical support.
• Strong ownership, problem-solving and ability to design and deploy end-to-end solutions across SEA.

Responsibilities

• Provide presales technical support to customers, partners and regional sales teams.
• Translate customer requirements into robust technical solutions and architectures.
• Take technical ownership of opportunities across Southeast Asia.
• Design architectures covering voice recording, networking, servers, databases, cloud and integrations.
• Produce technical proposals, diagrams, designs and deployment documentation.
• Install and deploy Liquid Voice solutions in on-premises and cloud environments.
• Support integrations with telephony, contact centres and communications platforms.
• Troubleshoot complex issues across application, OS, database, network and voice environments.
• Provide post-sales technical support and escalate as needed.
• Collaborate with engineering and product teams to resolve product/integration issues.
• Support upgrades, migrations and changes to customer environments.
• Provide technical guidance, training and knowledge transfer to customers and regional partners.
• Maintain high-quality technical documentation and strong customer/partner relationships.
• Act as trusted senior technical contact for Liquid Voice in Southeast Asia.
