The role blends consulting, cross-functional teamwork with product and engineering, and ongoing optimization to ensure measurable business outcomes. Strong familiarity with APIs, SaaS deployments, and enterprise workflows is valued.

Qualifications

• Experience deploying AI-driven voice or chat solutions in enterprise settings.
• Ability to translate business needs into technical deployment plans.
• Familiarity with CRM/CCaaS or telephony integrations is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support pre-sales activities including discovery, demos, and PoCs.
• Work with enterprise customers to map business cases and workflows.
• Follow deployment methodology for requirement clarification and UAT.
• Coordinate integrations with CRM, CCaaS, APIs, and telephony platforms.
• Analyze data and feedback to optimize AI Voice Agent performance.
• Coordinate deployment activities across multiple teams and partners.
• Troubleshoot deployment and operational issues during UAT and rollout.
• Collect customer feedback to improve product capabilities.
• Support regional projects in Malaysia and Singapore when required.
