Job summary

Starhub Ltd. is seeking a Principal Systems Analyst to provide strategic and technical leadership in shaping end-to-end solution designs that meet business goals and technology standards.

You will bridge business strategy and technology execution, translating complex requirements into scalable solutions across systems and platforms. You will guide a team of Solution Designers, ensuring quality design practices and capability development, while providing expert technical advisory to stakeholders

Qualifications

• Degree in Computer Science, Computing or related field with 10–12 years of systems analysis and design experience.
• Strong background in the telecommunications industry and related domains.
• Deep knowledge of mobile and broadband networks, CRM, Billing, Provisioning, Inventory, Delivery and Integrations.
• Proven experience leading complex cross-functional solutioning initiatives with multiple systems and stakeholders.
• Experience in digital areas including user journey analysis, design thinking and human-centric approaches.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end solution design activities across large, complex initiatives.
• Oversee requirement analysis and translate business needs into robust specifications.
• Provide leadership on solutioning approach, issue resolution and stakeholder engagement.
• Review and validate solution designs, processes, and interface artifacts.
• Coach and mentor team members in systems analysis and design documentation.
• Collaborate with business, architecture, delivery, operations and partners to shape strategies.
• Drive alignment across systems and domain owners for dependencies and risks.
• Lead technical discussions with partners to improve service offerings.
• Contribute to RFP/RFT responses with technical insight and leadership.
• Establish best practices, templates and governance for analytics and design.
