Job summary

Starhub Ltd in Malaysia seeks an experienced Domain Solution Architect to define and govern end-to-end solution architecture for CRM and Order Management domains during platform transformation. You will translate business priorities into scalable, secure designs that align with enterprise principles.

The role requires 8+ years in solution architecture, strong stakeholder management, and expertise in APIs with event-driven patterns. Telecom/BSS/OSS background and TOGAF knowledge are highly valued.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in solution or application architecture for large-scale systems.
• Deep experience with CRM and Order Management domains.
• Strong knowledge of APIs, event-driven patterns and domain data models.
• Proven stakeholder management and documentation skills.
• TOGAF or equivalent architecture certification is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Partner with stakeholders to translate business requirements into approved architecture options.
• Produce architecture artifacts such as blueprints, data flows, interface specs, and transition roadmaps.
• Define integration and data patterns across CRM, order management, billing, and related platforms.
• Review designs for compliance with architecture, resilience, security, observability, and supportability.
• Support governance, platform evaluations, and architecture reviews across initiatives in the domain.
