Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in CS or related field required.
• 8+ years of systems analysis and end-to-end design experience.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with CRM, billing, provisioning systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Deliver end-to-end solution designs aligned to business and technical objectives.
• Act as single point of accountability for requirements elicitation and translation into specifications.
• Ensure proposed solutions are feasible, scalable, and well-integrated across systems.
• Provide technical advisory on design options, feasibility, and integration guidance.
• Support RFP/RFT responses with technical know-how and expertise.
