Job summary

Hirehub Group is seeking an experienced manufacturing leader in Senai, Johor. The role oversees SMT/PCBA production, ensuring timely and quality output from assembly to shipment. You will manage a team, plan production schedules, and optimize material flows to meet company objectives.

The ideal candidate has 8+ years in SMT/PCBA manufacturing, with at least 5 in a supervisory role, and strong knowledge of IPC standards and Lean Six Sigma practices. Salary up to RM15k, based in Senai.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in electronics/manufacturing/industrial engineering.
• 8+ years in SMT/PCBA manufacturing with 5+ years in a supervisory role.
• Hands-on SMT process experience: solder paste printing, SPI, pick-and-place, reflow, AOI, ICT, FCT.

Responsibilities

• Oversee production processes and ensure continuous flow.
• Plan, coordinate and direct all production activities from assembly to shipping.
• Manage DL employees; schedule, motivate and direct subordinates.
• Monitor material flow from purchase to finished goods and inventory.
• Assure quality of assembly processes meeting requirements.
