Qualifications

• Experience in manufacturing operations management.

• Basic knowledge of SMT processes and equipment.
• Familiarity with lean manufacturing principles and quality management systems.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily manufacturing operations, ensuring production goals are met in terms of quality, efficiency, and timelines.
• Develop and implement operational strategies to optimize production workflows and capacity utilization.
• Monitor KPIs and prepare reports for senior management.
• Lead process improvement initiatives using lean and Six Sigma methodologies.
• Manage equipment maintenance and upgrades for reliability and efficiency.
• Supervise SMT production processes ensuring adherence to quality standards.
• Coordinate with procurement to ensure materials availability for uninterrupted production.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in SMT lines to minimize downtime.
• Implement and monitor quality control processes to achieve high standards and compliance.
• Facilitate root cause analysis and corrective actions for defects.
• Conduct regular audits of production processes to ensure quality protocols.
• Lead, mentor, and develop production staff and promote a culture of continuous improvement.
• Conduct performance reviews and provide training to enhance skills.
• Promote a safe working environment and ensure health & safety compliance.
• Collaborate with sales, supply chain, and customer service to align production with market demands.
