Job summary

Hirehub Group is seeking an experienced manufacturing leader in Senai, Johor. The role oversees SMT/PCBA production, ensuring timely and quality output from assembly to shipment. You will manage a team, plan production schedules, and optimize material flows to meet company objectives.

The ideal candidate has 8+ years in SMT/PCBA manufacturing, with at least 5 in a supervisory role, and strong knowledge of IPC standards and Lean Six Sigma practices. Salary up to RM15k, based in Senai.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in electronics/manufacturing/industrial engineering.
• 8+ years in SMT/PCBA manufacturing with 5+ years in a supervisory role.
• Hands-on SMT process experience: solder paste printing, SPI, pick-and-place, reflow, AOI, ICT, FCT.

Job Descriptions

• Oversee production processes and prepare all the resources needed to maintain an efficient and continuous flow of production.
• Plan, coordinate, and direct all production activities to ensure the products are made on time, in the correct order, and of adequate quality and composition, starting from assembly, testing up to the shipping.
• Manage DL employees and subordinates, working in a team or individually, to maximize their performance and contribution. Schedule their work and activities, give instructions, motivate and direct the workers to meet the company objectives;
• Monitor and control the flow of supplies that includes the purchase, storage, and movement of the required quality of raw materials, and also work-in-progress inventory.
• Monitor and assure the quality of the assembly processes by overseeing that all the factors of the products meet quality requirements.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Electronics Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 8 years of experience in SMT/PCBA manufacturing, with at least 5 years in a supervisory or managerial role.
• Strong hands-on experience in SMT production processes, including solder paste printing, SPI, pick-and-place, reflow soldering, AOI, ICT, FCT, and PCB/PCBA assembly.
• Solid knowledge of SMT equipment, production planning, capacity planning, manpower management, and production scheduling.
• Proven experience in managing end-to-end manufacturing operations from SMT assembly, testing, inspection, to final shipment.
• Familiar with quality management systems and problem-solving methodologies such as 8D, RCA, CAPA, 5 Why, Fishbone Diagram, SPC, and FMEA.
• Knowledge of IPC standards, ESD requirements, Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and continuous improvement methodologies.

Salary Range: Up to RM15k

Location: Senai, Johor
