Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Electrical, Electronic or Mechanical engineering.
• Minimum of 3 years in a managerial or supervisory role in manufacturing or EMS.
• Proven knowledge of PCB production workflows and electronics manufacturing.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute production strategies to improve output and maintain quality.
• Manage day-to-day production activities to meet targets and timelines.
• Ensure compliance with procedures, documentation, and customer requirements.
• Coordinate transitions for new products or process changes.
• Set departmental KPIs and align with business objectives.
• Lead, mentor and manage production teams, including attendance and performance.
• Identify skill gaps and implement training and development plans.
• Promote accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement.
• Manage budgets and ensure efficient use of resources.
• Plan maintenance, upgrades, and technology adoption.
• Ensure safety regulations and legal requirements are followed.
• Update SOPs to maintain operational compliance.
• Use data and performance metrics to support decisions.
