Job summary

Agensi Pekerjaan Minde Group Sdn Bhd in Kulai, Johor is seeking an experienced SMT Manager to lead the SMT production lines, drive efficiency and maintain quality in a fast-paced electronics manufacturing environment. You will manage engineers and technicians, ensure schedules, implement improvements, and uphold safety and regulatory standards while collaborating with engineering and quality teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electronics Engineering or related field.
• At least 5 years of experience managing SMT production lines in electronics manufacturing.
• Strong leadership and problem-solving skills with ability to drive continuous improvement.
• Proficiency in SMT equipment and processes, including reflow soldering, pick-and-place machines, and AOI.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
