Job summary

Sunrise Binari Group is seeking a Senior Site / Site Supervisor to oversee on-site construction activities in Hulu Bernam, Selangor. This full-time role requires coordinating with project managers, subcontractors, and workers to ensure safety, quality, and timely completion of projects.

The ideal candidate will have a diploma or higher, read building plans, and be able to drive to project sites. Bahasa Malaysia and English are required; Mandarin is a plus.

Qualifications

• Language skills: Bahasa Malaysia, English; Mandarin preferred for Mandarin-speaking suppliers.
• At least 3 years of working experience in construction/site supervision.
• Ability to read building plans and site drawings.

Responsibilities

• Assist the project manager in planning the project.
• Supervise site workers and monitor productivity on site.
• Coordinate with workers and subcontractors to meet schedule.
• Ensure projects meet technical specifications and are completed on time and within cost.
• Report progress and contractor performance to the manager and supervise procurement of materials.
• Educate workers on safety procedures and enforce safety standards on site.
• Maintain good relationships with workers, contractors, and suppliers.
