Job summary

Sunrise Binari Group is seeking a committed Senior Site/Site Supervisor for our construction team in Hulu Bernam, Selangor. This full-time role oversees on-site activities and ensures timely project completion while coordinating with managers, subcontractors, and suppliers.

The candidate will read construction plans, enforce safety standards, and manage daily operations, aiming to meet specifications, cost, and schedule targets.

Qualifications

• Diploma or equivalent required.
• Must be able to read building plans and site drawings.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
• Bahasa Malaysia and English; Mandarin preferred for supplier communication.

Responsibilities

• Assist the project manager in planning the project.
• Supervise and monitor site worker efficiency and productivity on site.
• Arrange regular meetings with workers or sub-contractors to align with the schedule.
• Ensure construction projects meet technical specifications.
• Ensure projects are completed within planned cost and time.
• Report progress and contractor performance to the manager.
• Assist in procurement of certain materials.
• Educate site workers on safety procedures and ensure adherence.
• Report accidents to the project manager and administer first aid as needed.
• Ensure smooth day-to-day operation of site activities.
• Maintain good relationships with workers, contractors and suppliers.
