Responsibilities

• Supervise site activities and ensure project progress according to schedule.
• Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers for timely delivery and execution.
• Conduct site inspections to ensure quality control and safety compliance.
• Prepare and maintain daily site reports, material usage, and manpower deployment.
• Assist in resolving site issues and technical problems.
• Ensure adherence to local authority guidelines and statutory requirements (e.g., CIDB, DOSH).
• Attend site meetings and liaise with consultants, clients, and authorities.
