Job summary

Kimlun Sdn Bhd in Malaysia is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead construction projects from planning to completion. You will oversee project planning, execution, and overall delivery, ensuring programmes, budgets, resources, and site operations run smoothly.

The role requires a degree in civil or construction management and at least 10 years with a main contractor; you will manage risks, variations, and commercial matters while maintaining safety and quality across high-rise

Qualifications

• Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management or equivalent.
• Minimum 10 years' relevant experience, preferably with a main contractor.
• Strong leadership, communication, negotiation and problem-solving skills.
• Commercially aware; able to work under pressure; high-rise/building experience is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Lead project planning, execution and overall delivery.
• Manage project programme, budget, resources and site operations.
• Coordinate clients, consultants, subcontractors, suppliers and project teams.
• Monitor progress, quality, safety and contractual requirements.
• Manage project risks, variations, claims and commercial matters.
• Resolve project issues and ensure timely completion.
• Prepare project reports and provide updates to Management.
