Job summary

Landasan Cahaya Sdn Bhd is seeking an experienced Project Manager to plan, manage, and monitor schedules, budgets, resources, and deliverables for high-rise construction projects in Malaysia. You will coordinate site teams, consultants, contractors, subcontractors, suppliers, and clients to ensure quality and timely completion.

The role requires a Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering or related field with 15+ years of experience, strong knowledge of budgeting, scheduling, and site

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, or a related field.
• Minimum 15 years of experience in high rise construction project management.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, contracts, budgeting, scheduling, and site coordination.
• Good leadership, communication, problem-solving, and negotiation skills.
• Able to work independently and manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Plan, manage, and monitor project schedules, budgets, resources, and deliverables.
• Coordinate site teams, consultants, contractors, subcontractors, suppliers, and clients.
• Ensure works are completed according to approved drawings, specifications, quality standards, and project timelines.
• Monitor site progress and resolve technical, operational, and coordination issues.
• Ensure compliance with all safety, statutory, and regulatory requirements.
• Manage project costs, variations, claims, progress payments, and risk mitigation.
• Conduct site meetings and prepare progress reports for management and clients.
• Oversee inspections, testing, commissioning, defect rectification, and final handover.
• Support implementation and compliance of IMS requirements related to ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001
