MKR ALLIANCE SDN BHD in Malaysia is seeking a Site Engineer to supervise construction projects from start to finish, coordinate with multiple stakeholders and ensure adherence to plans, codes and safety requirements.

The role requires a civil engineering degree and at least 3 years of site experience, with strong reporting, planning and communication skills and willingness to travel across states.

Qualifications

• Degree in civil engineering from an accredited university or college.
• Minimum 3 years of experience as site/civil engineer or equivalent.
• Ability to manage multiple construction projects at various stages.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials and regulations.
• Ability to interpret engineering drawings and reports for clients and consultants.
• Excellent project management and organizational skills.
• Strong problem-solving and communication abilities.
• Willing to travel and oversee sites across states.

Responsabilités

• Supervise and manage construction projects from start to finish.
• Report progress, milestones and risks to project manager.
• Interpret engineering drawings and technical documentation.
• Plan resource allocation and procurement of materials.
• Provide technical guidance to resolve construction challenges.
• Oversee site activities ensuring compliance with codes and specs.
• Conduct site inspections to monitor progress and quality.
• Coordinate with project managers, architects and subcontractors.
