Qualifications

• Based in Selangor, Malaysia.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate work of sub-contractors across project phases.
• Oversee performance of trade contractors and review drawings for specs and regulations.
• Attend site and technical meetings during progress.
• Record site activities in Daily Site Diary.
• Verify sub-contractor claims within set time frames.
• Assist with final inspections and monitor contractor instructions.
• Ensure inspections and testing align with procedures.
• Review project at warranty end for non-compliance items.
• Ensure materials handling and site safety.
