Job summary

Pamir Development Sdn Bhd is seeking a construction professional to support documentation, drawings review, and coordination across the project team. You will assist in planning, implementing, and monitoring the full construction process to ensure on-time delivery and budget adherence.

The role requires coordinating with consultants and subcontractors, solving technical issues promptly, and ensuring compliance with customer and statutory requirements. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

Qualifications

• Degree or diploma in Building Construction, Civil Engineering or equivalent.
• 2–3 years of relevant building construction experience.
• Proficient in English and Bahasa Malaysia; Mandarin optional.
• Able to work independently with high standards and accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Assist in documentation, report, data preparation and drawing interpretation.
• Review project drawings and identify/resolving technical problems promptly.
• Plan, implement and monitor the entire construction process.
• Assist in resolving technical and site issues with the project team.
• Assist in overall construction site planning, activities, operation and completion on time and within budget.
• Coordinate with consultants and subcontractors on technical matters.
• Ensure all technical and engineering aspects meet customer and statutory requirements.
• Monitor site progress and quality of work, ensuring adherence to project specifications.

Job description

Requirements:

Degree / Diploma in Building Construction, Civil Engineering or equivalent.

Minimum 2-3 years of relevant working experience in building construction

Ability to communicate in English, Bahasa Malaysia & Mandarin(optional) as role requires to deal with multi speaking clients

Able to work independently to maintain high standards and accuracy.
