Touch ‘n Go Group in Kuala Lumpur seeks a Settlement Manager to oversee end‑to‑end settlement operations with providers, merchants and partners. The role focuses on robust reconciliation, process controls and timely reporting, while driving continuous improvement and cross‑functional collaboration with finance, tech and product teams.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of settlement processes and financial controls.
• Attention to detail and high organizational capability.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Experience leading or mentoring a team in a finance/settlement environment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end settlement operations with providers, merchants and partners.
• Ensure daily settlements align with contracts and SOPs; manage reconciliations.
• Review and respond to queries from BU, providers and partners.
• Monitor monthly payment reconciliations and settlement reports.
• Provide regular updates on team performance and initiatives.
• Participate in projects relating to settlement processes and improvements.
• Coordinate with PMO, Technology, Product and other Finance teams on new products/services.
