Job summary

Tap Growth ai in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, seeks a Senior ServiceNow HRSD Consultant to lead L2/L3 production support, platform configuration and continuous improvement of the HRSD ecosystem.

You will serve as the technical SME, driving incident resolution, system integrations via REST/SOA, and partnering with HR and IT stakeholders to deliver scalable, automated HR services aligned with governance standards.

Qualifications

• 10+ years total IT experience.
• 6+ years hands-on ServiceNow HRSD experience.
• Expertise in HR Case Management, ESC, Lifecycle Events, Flow Designer, and ServiceNow scripting.
• Strong REST/SOA integration experience.
• Solid incident, problem, and change management background.
• Excellent analytical and stakeholder communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide L2/L3 production support for HRSD applications; ensure SLA compliance.
• Troubleshoot and resolve incidents, service requests, and problem tickets; perform root cause analysis and implement permanent fixes.
• Configure HR Case Management, ESC, Lifecycle Events, Flow Designer, and ServiceNow scripting.
• Design and implement Lifecycle Events (onboarding, transfers, promotions, offboarding).
• Build workflows using Flow Designer and Workflow Editor.
• Develop reports, dashboards, and performance metrics.
• Gather requirements from HR stakeholders and deliver scalable solutions.
• Ensure compliance with ServiceNow development standards and governance.

Position Summary: Seeking a Senior ServiceNow HRSD Consultant to lead L2/L3 production support, platform configuration, and continuous improvement of the HRSD ecosystem. This role acts as the technical SME, driving incident resolution, system integrations, and stakeholder partnerships to deliver scalable, automated HR service solutions in alignment with enterprise governance standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide L2/L3 production support for HRSD applications; ensure SLA compliance.
• Troubleshoot and resolve incidents, service requests, and problem tickets; perform root cause analysis and implement permanent fixes.
• Configure HR Case Management, Employee Service Center (ESC), Record Producers, Catalog Items, Knowledge Articles, and HR Services.
• Design and implement Lifecycle Events (onboarding, transfers, promotions, offboarding).
• Build workflows using Flow Designer and Workflow Editor.
• Develop Business Rules, Script Includes, Client Scripts, UI Policies, UI Actions, and ACLs.
• Manage integrations with Active Directory, HRIS, and third‑party apps via REST/SOA APIs.
• Develop reports, dashboards, and performance metrics.
• Gather requirements from HR stakeholders and deliver scalable solutions.
• Ensure compliance with ServiceNow development standards and governance.
• Support change management, release deployments, regression testing, and post‑production validation.
