Job summary

Yokogawa Electric Corporation, a global leader in industrial automation, is seeking a Senior Service Engineer to drive system integration across control, safety and monitoring systems in oil and gas projects. You will coordinate with EPCs, vendors, and internal teams to ensure timely and compliant delivery.

The role requires deep hands-on expertise with DCS/IPS platforms, industrial communication protocols, and SIS familiarity, with mentoring responsibilities for junior engineers and knowledge

Qualifications

• Minimum bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Instrumentation, Control Systems, or Computer Engineering.
• 5-7 years of system integration experience in oil & gas or petrochemical industries.
• Experience with major control platforms (DCS, IPS).
• Knowledge of industrial protocols (Modbus, Foundation Field Bus, Ethernet/IP).
• Familiarity with SIS, fire & gas systems, and data historians.

Responsibilities

• Lead development of system integration strategies for control, safety, and monitoring systems.
• Provide overview of system architecture diagrams, network layouts, and integration documentation.
• Ensure compatibility and communication between DCS, PLC, SCADA, SIS, and third‑party systems.
• Oversee integration activities during project phases (detailed design, FAT/SAT, commissioning, handover).
• Mentor junior engineers and conduct workshops for operations and maintenance teams.
