Provide monthly report to Head Office the sales and service activities in the Branch.* To develop and implement sales and marketing strategies, identifying and securing potential business opportunities and market penetration.* To coordinate budget planning and monitoring of expenditure and outcomes* To be responsible for the overall profit growth and performance of the branch.* To attend to customers’ needs and manage their enquiries effectively* To develop customer relations, manage vendors, and work with appointed channel partners, if any.* To improve the overall office administration efficiency, quality, and customer service standard.* To provide leadership and directions to motivate team, namely sales and service staffs and ensure the branch achieves its profitability and growth objectives.* To conduct regular performance reviews, identity training need, and ensure continuous development of the team.* To ensure work processes or systems are compliant to ISO 9001, ISO 45001, ISO 14001, ISO 27001, Corporate Compliance Guidelines and HR Policies & Procedures as established by the Company.**Requirements:*** A Degree or Diploma in any discipline of Engineering* Strong leadership quality in managing the branch effectively* Experience in presentation to customers* Good interpersonal and communication skills, able to perform under pressure.* Integrity and trustworthiness to ensure full compliance with company ethics* Strong believer of teamwork with skills of influencing* Possess own transport and willing to travelYokogawa is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
