Job summary

Federal Oats Mills Sdn. Bhd. seeks a Business Development Senior Executive for SEA to drive sustained profitable growth across Malaysia, Singapore, Indonesia, Brunei, Sabah & Sarawak, and Thailand.

You will craft annual sales strategies aligned with growth expectations and build profitable blocks for strategic markets. You will work with distributors and internal teams (marketing, R&D, Finance, Operations) to deliver excellent service, support new product launches, and prepare rolling forecasts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field.
• 2+ years of experience in sales, preferably with grocery distributor management.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with sales management software (CRM) to track performance.

Responsibilities

• Assist Business Development Manager, SEA to develop annual sales strategies for sustainable growth.
• Establish profitable growth blocks for South East Asia markets including Sabah & Sarawak, Thailand.
• Engage with distributors regularly to meet the annual business plan.
• Analyse market research and trends to shape sales strategies for current and new products.
• Collaborate with Marketing, R&D, Finance and Operations to ensure service levels for distributors.
• Participate in new product development projects with cross-functional teams.
• Prepare and submit rolling 12-month forecasts for all markets by the 1st week of each month.
• Organize monthly/quarterly distributor reviews for strategic markets.
• Monitor market performance and identify growth opportunities in the product portfolio.
• Respond to distributor inquiries promptly with effective solutions.
