You will work with Marketing, Research & Innovation, and the local BD team to develop customer-focused initiatives, manage trade spend, and translate category

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business or related field.
• Minimum 7 years in Sales/Marketing/Commercial in consumer goods.
• Proven experience developing integrated brand and trade plans.
• Analytical mindset with ability to identify growth opportunities.

• Implement sales and business development strategies with distributors.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Research & Innovation to drive channel initiatives.
• Provide financial information to support joint decision making.
• Explore co-brand partnerships beyond tea and drive new applications.
• Support Integrated Business Plan development translating strategy into local opportunities.
• Manage trade spend budget, track ROI and drive improvements.
• Build strong distributor and cross-functional relationships for execution.
