Job summary
PwC Malaysia is seeking a Senior Associate to support SAP SuccessFactors Compensation implementations, including system configuration, testing, and deployment.
You will collaborate with HR, business stakeholders, and project teams to translate compensation requirements into scalable SAP configurations, supported by SAP Activate and Agile methodologies.
Experience across compensation cycles and integration with Employee Central is a plus; certification is advantageous.
Qualifications
- Hands-on experience with SAP SuccessFactors Compensation and Variable Pay implementations.
- Experience in salary reviews, merit increases and bonus planning processes.
- Knowledge of HR master data, workflows and role-based permissions.
Responsibilities
- Support design, configuration and implementation of SAP SuccessFactors Compensation and Variable Pay solutions.
- Configure Compensation Plans, templates, budgets, workflows and eligibility rules.
- Support compensation processes including salary reviews, merit planning and annual cycles.
- Gather requirements and translate them into configurations in SuccessFactors.
- Participate in fit-to-standard workshops and prepare functional documentation.
- Support SIT, UAT, data validation, defect resolution, go-live and hypercare activities.
- Troubleshoot issues and provide production/AMS support.
- Collaborate with HR, Compensation & Benefits, and other teams to resolve system issues.
- Assist integration considerations with Employee Central and Payroll.
