Job summary

PwC Malaysia seeks an HR System Support and Project Coordinator to understand client HR needs, provide expert guidance on HR systems, and coordinate with IT to deliver projects on schedule. You will handle client inquiries, document issues, and ensure data integrity while supporting payroll compliance and system improvements.

The role is based in Malaysia within PwC’s Workforce team, offering hands-on experience in automating HR processes and delivering client-focused HR technology solutions.

Qualifications

• Recognized University Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology or related discipline.
• At least 4 to 5 years of experience in customer support with at least 1 year of experience using HR Systems.
• Mandatory strong functional Payroll knowledge for Malaysia or other countries including legislation and statutory compliance requirement.

Responsibilities

• Develop a deep understanding of customer needs related to our HR systems.
• Provide guidance and support to clients concerning our HR system and services.
• Handle client feedback and inquiries professionally; collaborate with IT to resolve issues.
• Record and document client feedback and system issues; maintain records of interactions and resolutions.
• Coordinate with IT to plan and initiate HR system projects and manage timelines.
