Job summary

ADP is hiring a Configuration Consultant for Malaysia to join our Global View Implementation team. You will configure SAP Payroll per blueprint, analyze statutory calculations, and support go-live with timely delivery of all deliverables.

The role requires strong SAP Payroll configuration knowledge, client-facing consulting experience, and excellent communication. You will collaborate with global teams and drive quality throughout the project lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Strong configuration skills for SAP Payroll and documentation skills for Payroll/HR.
• SAP Payroll Implementation experience will be highly regarded.
• Excellent consulting skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Previous experience as configuration consultant in SAP.
• Previous experience in a client-facing consulting role
• Self-starter and ability to multi-task

Responsibilities

• Analyse the blueprint in all aspects including the statutory calculations
• Configure the system as per the business requirements detailed in the blueprint within agreed timelines
• Escalate any risk of quality or schedule in advance
• Coordinate with Lead and MS Implementation Consultant and ensure delivery of all deliverables on time.
• Resolve UAT issues in a timely manner with high quality solution
• Liaise with Lead Consultant on PTD loads and Parallel issues resolution.
• Support Client Go-live
• Estimate and support Client's Change Requests
• Complete the transition documentation for handover to Support
• Phase 1Support queries where needed from Lead Consultant
