Qualifications

• Diploma/Degree in Banking & Finance or equivalent.
• Two years of working experience.
• Fresh graduates welcome.
• Ability to work under pressure and multi-task.
• Excellent written and spoken English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin.
• Placement at Petaling Jaya or Penang office.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive sales and operational support to business partners across multiple channels (phone, email, WhatsApp, and in-person).
• Process account opening and transaction submissions, including document verification and follow-up on incomplete/pending documentation and sales rejections.
• Handle FIMM registration, termination, and renewal for UTCs and PRCs.
• Prepare and disseminate external communications to consultants (e.g., circulars, hotline messages).
• Prepare and maintain sales-related reports on a regular basis.
• Support and collaborate with the sales team, including preparation of client letters, reports, and handling consultant requests.
• Execute additional tasks or projects assigned by Management to improve efficiency.
