Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive sales and operational support to business partners across multiple channels (phone, email, WhatsApp, and in-person).
• Process account opening and transaction submissions, including document verification and follow-up on incomplete/pending documentation and sales rejections.
• Handle FIMM registration, termination, and renewal for UTCs and PRCs.
• Prepare and disseminate external communications to consultants (e.g., circulars, hotline messages).
• Prepare and maintain sales-related reports on a regular basis.
• Support and collaborate with the sales team, including preparation of client letters, reports, and handling consultant requests.
• Execute additional tasks or projects assigned by Management to improve efficiency.

Job description

• Provide comprehensive sales and operational support to business partners by handling enquiries / requests, resolving issues, and delivering accurate product and service information across multiple channels (phone, email, WhatsApp, and in-person).
• Process account opening & transaction submissions, including document verification and follow-up on incomplete or pending documentation, sales rejections, EPF, DDA and any other ad-hoc matters.
• Handle FIMM registration, termination, and renewal for UTCs and PRCs.
• Prepare and disseminate external communications to consultants (e.g., circulars, hotline messages).
• Prepare and maintain sales-related reports on a regular basis.
• Support and collaborate closely with the sales team, including preparation of client’s letters, reports, client’s account information, and handling consultant’s request to facilitate business activities.
• Execute additional tasks or projects assigned by Management, contributing to departmental initiatives and operational efficiency.

Job Requirements:

• Possess at least a Diploma/Degree in Banking & Finance/general education degree or equivalent with two (2) years working experience.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Experience in or related to the financial / asset management industry will be an added advantage.
• Ability to work under pressure and multi-task.
• Independent, mature, with initiative and pro-active.
• Excellent written and spoken English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin.
• Pleasant personality, independent, resourceful, organized, able to manage time well and meet tight deadlines when required.
• This position is open for placement at either our Petaling Jaya or Penang office.
