Job summary

WSAudiology is seeking a Senior Sales / Product Specialist in Malaysia to drive growth across customers, products and territories. You will deliver product demonstrations, training and workshops for partners, while collaborating with Sales, Marketing and regional teams to support market expansion.

The role requires a degree in Audiology or related fields, 5+ years of relevant experience, and strong English communication.

Qualifications

• University degree in Audiology, Healthcare, Business, Marketing or related field.
• 5+ years of relevant sales, product support or business development experience.
• Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills.
• Experience explaining technical product information and providing demonstrations/training.
• Strong negotiation, problem solving and proactive attitude.
• Proficiency in English; Bahasa Malaysia or Mandarin is a plus; willingness to travel extensively.

Join our Wholesale team in Malaysia as a Senior Sales / Product Specialist. This role combines sales growth, product expertise and partner training to support business expansion and customer success. You will work closely with internal and external stakeholders to bring innovative hearing solutions to market.

What you will do

• Achieve sales targets and develop account plans to drive growth across customers, products and territories

What you bring

• University degree in Audiology, Healthcare, Business, Marketing or a related field

• More than 5 years of relevant experience in sales, product support or business development

• Strong communication, presentation and interpersonal skills with a customer focused mindset

• Experience communicating technical product information and providing training or demonstrations

• Good negotiation, problem solving and objection handling skills with a proactive approach

• Good command of English; proficiency in Bahasa Malaysia and/or Mandarin is advantageous and willingness to travel extensively for business activities.
