Demant SEA in Kuala Lumpur (Mont Kiara) seeks a Product Specialist / Audiologist to drive product strategy and support dealers and hospitals. You will develop territory plans, coordinate campaigns, and present product features to customers.

The role requires a Master or Bachelor in Audiology, strong interpersonal skills, and a proactive, travel-friendly mindset to provide onsite support and training. You will work with the Training Academy and Event teams to ensure successful launches.

Qualificações

• Master or Bachelor degree in Audiology (mandatory).

Responsabilidades

• Develop and execute territory business plans, including segmentation and campaigns.
• Proactively manage channel partnerships and grow accounts.
• Prepare quotations and handle inquiries to ensure smooth sales processes.
• Provide technical after-sales support remotely or onsite.
• Plan and execute conferences and product launches.
• Conduct market intelligence and collaborate with marketing for growth.
