Job summary

Staffking Pte Ltd is seeking an entry level Clinical Audiologist to join our Singapore team. You will conduct hearing assessments and fittings, and help clients choose appropriate hearing solutions.

You will provide counselling, support after sales, and participate in outreach events to promote hearing health while helping run store operations and meet sales/service targets.

Qualifications

• Diploma/Degree in Audiology, Hearing Science, Speech & Hearing or related discipline.
• Relevant experience in audiology, hearing care or healthcare retail preferred.
• Experience in hearing assessment, fitting and counselling is an advantage.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct hearing assessments and hearing aid evaluations for clients.
• Recommend suitable hearing solutions based on clients' hearing needs and lifestyle.
• Perform hearing aid fitting, adjustment and fine-tuning.
• Provide professional counselling and guidance on hearing aid usage and care.
• Handle after-sales support, including troubleshooting and maintenance of hearing devices.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and provide a positive customer experience.
• Promote hearing health through screening events, outreach activities and marketing campaigns.
• Manage daily store operations including inventory, cleanliness and store organisation.
• Handle hearing aid retail sales and work towards store sales and service targets.
• Maintain accurate client and sales records and ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
