Distinctive World Sdn Bhd is seeking a driven Senior Executive, Sales & Marketing to join our property development team in Kuala Lumpur. You will lead sales initiatives, coordinate with agencies, and drive revenue for new launches and ongoing projects.

You will manage end-to-end sales processes, perform market analysis, and liaise with clients, solicitors, and financiers to facilitate successful deals. Strong communication in English and local languages is essential.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in sales, marketing, business, advertising, or related field.
• Proficiency in English, Mandarin/Cantonese & Bahasa Malaysia to liaise with multilingual clients and partners.
• Strong market research, data analysis, and statistics understanding.
• Customer-oriented with strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Result-oriented with self-motivation and discipline.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and closing skills.
• Familiarity with social media and web analytics is a plus.

Aufgaben

• Coordinate with project sales team and agencies on sales process.
• Drive sales for new launches and existing projects including prospecting and closing.
• Participate in sales & marketing activities at galleries, roadshows and exhibitions.
• Manage loan documentation with solicitors and financiers.
• Identify new markets and competition through market analysis.
• Handle customer inquiries and provide product updates.
• Execute sales & marketing strategies to hit targets and generate leads.
• Manage full sales pipeline from lead gen to closing.
• Maintain sales records, reports, and mailing lists per company policy.
• Oversee the Sales Gallery and related admin tasks.
