Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or above in Marketing, Business Admin, Electronics, or related fields.
• 5+ years in sales, project management, or customer service in electronics manufacturing.
• Understanding of PCBA production and OEM/ODM industry.
• Strong market analysis, judgment and adaptability.
• Fluent English for business negotiations.
• Willing to travel domestically and internationally.

Responsibilities

• Lead new customer development and sales growth in electronics manufacturing.
• Develop and execute sales strategies for target industries.
• Set and pursue annual, quarterly, monthly, and weekly targets.
• Collaborate with internal teams to support clients and projects.
• Gather market intelligence and advise on sales/product strategies.
• Complete business reports on time and comply with policies.
• Travel domestically and internationally as required.
