Job summary

TOA Paint Products Sdn Bhd is seeking a Senior Sales Executive to promote and sell to new and existing key customers in Pahang. You will manage dealer relationships, deliver invoices, and drive targets while ensuring customer satisfaction.

The role requires at least 2 years of sales experience, preferably in hardware or paint shops, FMCG exposure, and proficiency with MS Excel/Office. You will establish new dealers, respond to inquiries, and handle documentation as needed.

Qualifications

• Candidate must possess at least SPM / O-Level, Professional Certificate, Diploma, or equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years of working experience in a related field.
• Required skills: MS Excel, MS Office, MS PowerPoint, and MS Word.
• Sales experience in hardware or paint shops and FMCG sales is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Promote and sell products to new and existing key customers/accounts.
• Achieve budgeted sales targets, gross margin, DSO, and customer satisfaction goals.
• Identify and analyze opportunities to expand business with dealers to increase market share.
• Maintain strong customer relationships and respond promptly to sales and technical inquiries.
• Manage product display and visibility at dealer shops to ensure good product presence.
• Deliver invoices and credit notes to customers when required.
• Provide product information and update customers on new product launches.
• Secure sales and maintain relationships with existing dealers.
• Establish new dealers in the assigned territory.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Education

SPM / O-Level, Professional Certificate, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Business Studies, Administration, Management, Marketing, or equivalent
