Job summary

YUEN TUNG PREMIX SDN BHD is seeking an experienced Senior Sales Executive to drive revenue growth from Perak. You will manage key accounts, identify new business opportunities, and lead negotiations and tender activities to secure projects.

The role requires strong relationship-building skills, travel to client sites, and the ability to coordinate with production and logistics to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of sales experience in premix, quarry, construction materials or related industries.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and developing strong customer relationships.
• Strong negotiation, communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage key customer accounts and maintain strong business relationships with contractors, developers, consultants, government agencies, and other key stakeholders.
• Identify, develop, and secure new business opportunities within construction, infrastructure, industrial, and related sectors to achieve growth.
• Lead project negotiations, contract discussions, tender submissions, and commercial proposals to secure projects and sales opportunities.
• Conduct regular customer visits and project site inspections to monitor progress, understand requirements, and identify opportunities.
• Coordinate with Production, Logistics, and relevant departments to ensure timely product supply and customer satisfaction.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, pricing movements, and industry developments to provide market intelligence.
• Prepare sales forecasts, analyses, and other management reports to support planning.
• Follow up on project progress, customer requirements, and outstanding payments to ensure effective account management and timely collection.
• Assist in mentoring and guiding Junior / Sales Executives to achieve departmental objectives and targets.
• Support Management in developing and implementing sales strategies, market expansion plans, and business development initiatives.
• Achieve assigned sales targets, revenue objectives, and profitability goals in line with company expectations.
