Job summary

YUEN TUNG PREMIX SDN BHD in Perak is seeking a Senior Production Executive to oversee and optimise our production operations. The role involves managing production schedules, coordinating with departments, and ensuring efficient, quality-compliant processes across premix plants, quarries, and project sites.

You will supervise production teams, monitor performance, implement improvements, and provide coaching to junior staff.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in premix plants, quarries, or related production operations.
• Proven experience in supervising and coordinating production personnel and operations.
• Good knowledge of plant production processes, quality control, and safety regulations.
• Willingness to travel between plants, quarries, and project sites.
• Positive attitude with strong teamwork and the ability to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily production activities at premix plants, quarries, and project sites to ensure production targets, productivity, quality, and cost-efficiency objectives are achieved.
• Coordinate production teams, operators, and site personnel to ensure production schedules are executed efficiently and in accordance with operational requirements.
• Monitor plant performance, material consumption, production efficiency, and equipment utilization, and recommend improvement measures where necessary.
• Investigate operational issues and implement corrective and preventive actions to minimize disruptions, downtime, and production losses.
• Liaise with the Maintenance, Logistics, and Sales Departments to ensure smooth operational flow and timely fulfilment of customer and production requirements.
• Ensure all production activities comply with quality standards, safety regulations, environmental requirements, and company policies and procedures.
• Prepare, review, and maintain production reports, material consumption records, and other operational documentation in a timely and accurate manner.
• Provide technical guidance, coaching, and on-the-job training to Production Executives, supervisors, operators, and other production personnel as required.
• Undertake any other duties and responsibilities assigned by Management from time to time.

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Production Executive to join YUEN TUNG PREMIX SDN BHD in Perak. This is a full-time position that plays a critical role in overseeing and optimising our production operations. As Senior Production Executive, you will be responsible for managing production schedules, coordinating with various departments, and ensuring that our manufacturing processes run efficiently and meet the highest quality standards. Key responsibilities
