Qualifications

• Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
• Proven track record as a Sales Manager or Senior Sales Lead in specialized contracting or construction materials.
• Strong background in concrete waterproofing, structural repair, or construction chemicals.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and team management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead commercial sales operations to achieve company targets and maximize project margins.
• Manage high-level relationships with main contractors, project managers, and key clients.
• Drive sales strategies to capture upcoming project pipelines in the civil engineering sector.
• Work closely with pre-sales and technical specification teams to turn project tenders into closed sales.
