Job summary

Global Feeder Shipping (M) Sdn Bhd in Malaysia is seeking an experienced account executive to maintain and grow our customer base in a fast-paced, international maritime environment. You will play a key role in delivering reliable feeder and container shipping solutions across Asia.

You will handle inquiries, prepare timely quotations, allocate space and fill shortfalls, resolve customer issues, create CRR upon rate acceptance, and perform ad hoc tasks as required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3–4 years of experience in customer-facing roles.
• Fluency in English required.
• Bachelor’s degree or Diploma (3 years) preferred.

• Maintain and service existing customers.
• Expand customer base.
• Fulfil allocation of space and fill last‑minute shortfalls from previous port.
• Attend enquiries and resolve customer issues.
• Filing and quoting of monthly quotations promptly.

CANDIDATE PROFILE

• Minimum 3-4 years’ experience
• Fluency in English
• Education – Bachelor’s or Diploma (3 years)
