Job summary

Global Feeder Shipping (M) Sdn Bhd, a regional shipping company, invites a skilled Finance Accountant to join our finance team in Shah Alam. You will handle AR/AP, cash flow planning, inter-company remittance, and vessel disbursement accounting to support day-to-day operations.

The ideal candidate has 3–4 years of accounting experience, fluent English, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, international maritime environment.

• 3–4 years of accounting experience.
• Fluent in English.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and assist on Account receivables
• Check and monitor payable invoices
• Planning and arranging payments on time
• Check and update all transactions entries in system
• Prepare cash flow and update bank reports
• Monitor and arrange inter-company remittance accordingly
• Review and supervise on Vessel Disbursement Account (VDA) submission
• Prepare and submit MSA and MSA reconciliation for inter-company transactions
• Monitor and liaise with PIC to maintain accounting system according to the accounting needs
