Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred but not required).
• Experience with CRM software and basic data analysis is helpful.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with customers, distributors, and partners.
• Meet and exceed monthly and annual sales targets.
• Identify new business opportunities, explore untapped markets, and pitch products to potential clients.
• Serve as a reliable point of contact for customers, addressing their concerns and ensuring satisfaction.
• Use sales data and market insights to refine strategies and deliver value-added solutions.
• Work closely with internal teams, including marketing and logistics, to ensure smooth delivery and client satisfaction.
• Track and manage a consistent pipeline of prospective customers to ensure steady sales growth.
• Represent the company at industry events to increase brand visibility and generate leads.
• Gather feedback from clients and the market to identify trends and opportunities for product improvements or new offerings.
• Assist new clients with the onboarding process, ensuring a smooth transition and clear understanding of the company's products and services.
• Create compelling presentations, proposals, and product demonstrations tailored to individual client needs.
