Job summary

Monara Surfaces Sdn Bhd is a wholesale distributor of HPL, compact boards and edge banding, representing established brands such as Virgo and Croma. This full-time, on-site role in Johor Bahru seeks a Sales Executive/Sr.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Sales, Marketing, Business or a related field is an advantage.
• Sales experience is preferred, especially in building materials, furniture or interior design.
• Good communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated, responsible and target-driven.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Possess a valid driving licence and own transport.
• Willing to travel for customer visits.

Responsibilities

• Develop new customers and maintain good relationships with existing customers
• Promote and sell company products to dealers, furniture manufacturers, interior designers and contractors
• Identify new business opportunities and expand the customer base
• Prepare quotations and follow up on sales orders and payments
• Achieve monthly sales targets
• Monitor market trends and competitors' activities
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth order processing and delivery
• Prepare regular sales reports
