Job summary

Maica Corporation Sdn Bhd in Sabah is seeking a sales professional to maximize sales of its interior laminates and related products. You will promote, specify and close deals with owners, developers, architects, and contractors, ensuring projects meet customer standards.

You will input daily sales activities, prepare proposals, and maintain long-term relationships while targeting annual sales budgets. The role requires 1–2 years in building materials sales, fluency in English and Bahasa

Qualifications

Minimum 1–2 years of sales experience, preferably in building materials/trading goods.
Education in business, marketing or related field.
English, Bahasa Malaysia; Mandarin is an added advantage.

Responsibilities

Build and maintain good working relationships with customers.
Identify opportunities and strategies to increase sales.
Attend sales meetings and training sessions regularly.
Approach, promote, and specify company products to owners, developers, architects, interior designers, quantity surveyors, contractors, subcontractors, carpenters, and end users.
Prepare proposals, quotations, and tenders based on customer requirements and project specifications in an accurate and timely manner.
Identify and develop new business leads and potential customers.
Input daily sales activities and information to company system/software; achieve targets.
