Job summary

EMS Test Measurement Sdn Bhd is seeking a driven Senior Sales Engineer to identify and develop new business opportunities within industrial markets, understand customer requirements, and propose engineering solutions. You will prepare technical proposals and deliver product presentations to clients, building long-term relationships and coordinating with internal teams for project execution.

The role suits candidates with a Bachelor's in engineering/science, at least 2 years in technical sales,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Science, or related technical field.
• Minimum 2 years experience in technical sales / sales engineering.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply – training will be provided.
• Experience in test & measurement, environmental testing, or industrial equipment is an advantage.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to explain technical concepts clearly to customers.
• Independent, proactive, and results-driven.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities within industrial markets.
• Understand customer technical requirements and propose suitable engineering solutions.
• Prepare technical proposals, quotations, and sales documentation.
• Deliver product presentations and technical explanations to customers.
• Build and maintain strong long-term relationships with clients.
