Job summary

TEM Automation Sdn. Bhd. in Johor Bahru is seeking a Senior Sales Engineer to expand our System Integrator and Machine OEM markets. You will build relationships with new and existing customers, understand their requirements, and recommend solutions to secure orders.

You should be prepared to travel within SEA, enjoy learning, and strive to hit sales targets. The role offers an attractive package with a base salary of RM6,000–RM8,000 plus commission and annual bonuses in a hybrid work environment.

Qualifications

• Diploma/ Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field is preferred but not a must.

Role Description

This is a full-time Senior Sales Engineer role located in Johor Bahru. The Senior Sales Engineer will be responsible to introduce new headcount for System Integrator and Machine OEM market. Develop and support sales activities in the automation sector. Building relationships with new and existing customers, understanding their requirements, recommending solutions, and following opportunities to secure orders.
