Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years of experience in business development, sales or key account management.
• Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering or related discipline.
• Strong commercial acumen, negotiation skills and ability to convert opportunities into business results.
• Excellent communication, presentation and relationship-building skills.
• Proactive, self-motivated and target-driven with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Good coordination and leadership across multiple departments.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales growth and expand market share.
• Develop customers and markets; secure new opportunities.
• Oversee RFQs, costing coordination, quotations and negotiations.
• Coordinate new projects with Engineering, Production, Quality, Purchasing.
• Analyse markets and monitor performance; provide regular updates.
• Lead customer engagement and team development in meetings and negotiations.
