The role combines P&L oversight with product development, regulatory matters, and cross-functional collaboration.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's in science or chemical engineering, 10+ years in chemical sales, and strong leadership, English proficiency, and travel readiness.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in science, Chemical Engineering, Industrial Chemistry or related field.
• At least 10 years sales experience in chemical industry.
• Strong leadership and team management abilities.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and manage the department budget and ensure efficient resource use.
• Establish and monitor KPIs to track success and drive decisions.
• Develop and implement sales strategies and pursue new agencies and distributorships.
• Oversee P&L, product development, technical, and regulatory matters for department.
• Lead, mentor, and inspire the sales team to high performance.
• Monitor sales performance and align with BU strategy and org vision.
• Build strong relationships with clients, suppliers, partners, and internal stakeholders.
• Report on sales performance, strategic initiatives, and market trends.
