Job summary

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of manufacturing operations experience with leadership experience.
• Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, quality control and supply chain management.
• Strong strategic planning, financial management and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee production, quality control, maintenance and supply chain
• Set policies that improve efficiency and ensure compliance with industry, safety and environmental standards
• Track KPIs and optimise the use of labour, materials and equipment
• Build and execute plans to achieve organisational goals
• Identify growth opportunities and analyse market trends and competitors
• Own the P&L and ensure financial targets are met or exceeded
• Manage the annual manufacturing budget, monitor performance and control costs
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, suppliers and stakeholders, and resolve their concerns
