Bosch is seeking a Senior Sales & Application Engineer (Linear Technology) to join its industrial automation team in Malaysia. The role focuses on driving growth, acquiring customers, and delivering on-site technical execution across the Linear Technology portfolio.

You will manage end-to-end sales processes, engage with key OEMs and semiconductor CMs, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment. A Mechanical Engineering degree and strong sales acumen are essential.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• Experience in B2B direct sales and key account management.
• Knowledge of linear technology products and customer machine applications.
• Ability to identify high-growth OEM segments and emerging semiconductor trends.

Responsabilidades

• Drive sales growth and direct customer acquisition for Linear Technology products.
• Manage end-to-end sales pipeline including proposals and negotiations.
• Maintain relationships with US semiconductor CMs and regional OEMs.
• Provide on-site application support, product sizing, and troubleshooting.
• Present product value propositions to engineering and procurement leaders.
• Conduct market intelligence, competitor tracking, and forecast updates.
