Job summary

Bosch Group in Malaysia is seeking a Senior Sales & Application Engineer (Linear Technology) to drive growth and manage on-site technical execution for Linear Technology products. You will lead the sales cycle from prospecting to closing, while building strong relationships with OEMs and contract manufacturers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• Strong background in B2B direct sales and key account management.
• Experience in price negotiation and industrial account growth.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales growth, lead generation, and customer acquisition for Linear Technology products across assigned territories and key accounts.
• Manage end-to-end sales pipeline: opportunity creation, technical proposals, negotiations and closing deals.
• Maintain relationships with key US semiconductor CMs and local OEMs to protect existing business and win new share.
• Provide on-site application support, product sizing, and basic troubleshooting during critical sales phases.
• Prepare and deliver product presentations, quotations and value propositions to engineers and procurement managers.
• Conduct market intelligence, competitor tracking and forecast updates for Linear Technology products.
